When's the next drop?
Idk! We try to keep a regular drop rhythm of every 10-14 days or so, but won't know drop date & times for sure until ~48hrs ahead of time. We'll add a countdown timer to the homepage when we're ready, and follow us on Instagram (@run_it_back.fb) for the latest countdown reminders & story updates.
When will I get my order?
Soon! Orders placed during a drop typically take 3-5 days to get packed & shipped out. You will receive a tracking email from us, and then it's all in the hands of the United States Postal Service!

Note - Expedited shipping rates apply to the USPS service delivery time, only. Selecting an expedited USPS shipping service does NOT guarantee faster order packing & drop-off for shipping.
Can I sell my stuff on your page?
No! Run it Back is not a platform for buy/sell/trade for user-to-user transaction (not a replacement for @thefbmart Instagram nor 'Fingerboard Unlimited' Facebook group). We are a shop with physical inventory, and if you have stuff to sell, then we may be interested in buying it directly!
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We have shipped orders to many places across the globe. Just keep in mind that shipping cost will typically cost ~$20 USD, and we cannot offer the same free-shipping discount on orders >$90USD to international customers.
I've placed an order already, but would like to order more... can you combine the orders, so I don't have to pay shipping twice?
Yes! We now use a Shopify app that automatically merges orders placed by the same customer, every 12 hours. You should receive a notification with a new order number (total value set to $0), and tracking will be added to that order. All unused shipping charges will be refunded automatically upon order merges (may take a few days to process).
Note - the old “local pickup” trick will no longer work! In order for the automated merger to work, you must pay for shipping on each order - rest assured, if you don’t see unused shipping charges refunded automatically, just reach out to us here & we’ll make sure it happens!
If you could please add your previous order #'s to the order notes, that would help to ensure we don't miss the merge! Feel free to send a message as well.
Another Note - The automatic order merging will only work if you place all orders under the same name & email address! If you order with different names/emails, we will likely end up sending the shipments separately.
Are there order limits?
Sometimes! For the first 24hrs after a drop goes live, we have an order limit of: 6 drop items per hour. This limit does not include items in the Tuning, Hardware, nor Grip sections of the shop, and does not include items from previous drops. The purpose of this rule is to make sure everyone gets a fair chance at landing their top most wanted items, and it will be strictly enforced in the first few hours of the drop. It is not automated, so we will just cancel your order & restock all items in your cart back into the drop.
24hrs after the drop, there are no order limits.
Is there a problem with reselling gear i purchased from RiB?
Probably Not! If you've purchased something, tried it out, and ultimately decided it wasn't for you... then we ask you to please sell it for a similar fair/discounted price. Our mission is to "re-home" unused gear & combat price gouging, so please help keep this mission alive!
If you are found to be purchasing from RiB with the sole intent of "flipping" it, then we may ask you to no longer participate in our drops.
Do you do trades?
Possibly! But not your typical 1:1 value trades... 1:1 trades don't make sense business-wise (at a minimum, you'd need to cover the shipping fee for us to break even... but in that case we're just doing more work to break even) SO trades typically have to be weighted in favor of the shop for us to be interested, and we don't want to push that on to anybody! We have had plenty of cases where customers are happy to "overtrade" for an item they really want from the shop, so feel free to send us a message if that is the case for you.
The exception to this case may be for high-value items, or anything we'd like to have for our own personal collections. So always feel free to reach out with what you'd like to trade, worst we can say is "no"
Note - We cannot entertain any trades within 24 hours of a drop. Paying customers on the website will get priority.
Can you find specific items for me, or sell from your unlisted inventory off-site?
Nope! Run it Back does not offer any service for sourcing specific items. If you don't see what you want on the site, then you'll just have to wait until the next drop & look again. Messages sent to the RiB team with these types of requests will be ignored/dismissed.

Do you sell obstacles?
Not online, yet! Obstacles are tricky, shipping is expensive, and we do not have space for a real pack & shipping station here. However, we do bring obstacles with us when Run it Back vends in-person at fingerboard events, so come visit our booth when you get the opportunity!
Will you sponsor me?
Stop! Before reaching out to ask this, you should consider the fact that shops/brands sponsor team riders who are closely associated with their company. Have we met before? Have we chatted at length online? Are we friends? Have you actively supported this brand on your own accord, with an active audience? If the answer to most of these questions is "No" then it probably doesn't make sense to ask for a sponsorship!
